Human Resources specialist joins Ingenta

 

Ingenta plc., the global market leader in the online publication, distribution and readership of academic and professional research, today announced the appointment of Stephanie Holt as Human Resources Manager.

 

From Ingenta’s head office in Oxford, Stephanie will create and manage the implementation of HR policies on behalf of the 128 employees working from four offices in the UK and USA. Her role will include reviewing internal communications and harmonising HR processes and policies.

Speaking of her new role, Stephanie said: “Ingenta has a fantastic mix of people spread across the UK and USA, and I am looking forward to evolving the HR processes and policies to benefit them and the Company moving forward.”

 

Prior to joining Ingenta, Stephanie worked for a number of companies in the media and technology industries on projects including recruitment, benefits and appraisals systems worldwide.
