IngentaConnect

IngentaConnect.com is Ingenta’s flagship online web service. Free to use, it offers libraries and their patrons access to over 11,000 online titles and 20,000 fax and Ariel-delivered titles - a total of over 23 million articles. It is the most comprehensive collection of scholarly publications online, and can be seamlessly linked to from search engines and library catalogs to integrate IngentaConnect content within the broader research environment.

Libraries can register, at no cost, to activate campus or corporate-wide access to the full text of subscriptions licensed from publishers. Alternatively, individual articles or issues can be purchased on a pay-per-view basis using credit card or deposit account facilities.  We provide free usage reports to registered libraries which can help them to plan their acquisitions and online strategy. In addition, IngentaConnect provides both email alerting and RSS feeds to notify users when new content is loaded.

Libraries can choose to upgrade to our IngentaConnect Complete service, which offers modules to facilitate document delivery, current awareness, customization and full integration with other on- and offline holdings.
